The CLL provides several important services to individuals and businesses.
The Center for Living and Learning operates a live answering and customer service center as a social enterprise. Running a social enterprise means that, in addition to providing a valuable service to our clients, we provide a valuable service to the society at large. Our answering and customer service center, “All About You”, provides on-the-job training and employment experience to our members.
Customers prefer a live human being answering their calls, rather than voicemail or an automated menu. “All About You” helps local businesses and independent professionals, such as attorneys and skilled tradesmen, improve their customer experience. Working with agreed-upon answering scripts and focusing on positive customer service, our staff burnish the professional reputation of our clients.
“All About You” is staffed by graduates of CLL’s customer service training. Our answering service provides our alumni direct opportunities to apply and reinforce the lessons they learned during our apprenticeship and job training programs. Gaining real-life employment experience in a familiar setting smooths the transition to fully independent living and productive employment, bridging the gap between job skills training and full re-integration into society and our economy.
We keep things simple with “no contract” plans. Our clients are not locked down with a lengthy agreement – instead, we work based on a shared agreement. We can also tailor our services to match the needs of special projects or unique situations.
